The Peruvian Congress did not pass the Law that sets forth the Non-Marital Civil Partnership for persons of same gender.
Peru has no a rule referred to public policies in favor of the LGBTQ+ people. It is still unclear when such regulation or
other similar rules will be approved but we are confident that they will in the near future because law cannot go against
the human condition in connection with fundamental and civil rights. Meanwhile, the discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community
is still rife in Peru, fact that clearly infringes article 2 of the Peruvian Constitution. If you consider that the State violates
your rights, we can advise you in this matter by identifying the legal means that best fit your needs by using adequately
the legal mechanisms already established in the legislation with the purpose of obtaining the protection that you legally require.
