Jorge is a renowned lawyer who holds a Master Degree in Comparative Law granted by the School of Law of University of
Miami (Coral Gables). He has a solid and significant experience in family law, civil law, as well as in contract and
corporate law. He was associate at the Peru-based Muñíz, Ramírez, Perez-Taiman & Olaya Law Firm, and worked as senior
lawyer for companies in charge of important and successful projects in Peru such as Camisea and the exploration and
exploitation of Block XIII of Olympic Peru Inc., Sechura-based Peruvian branch.
At an international level, he has advised to large transnational corporations in the United States; furthermore,
he has represented different companies ranked by Fortune 500; small and medium-sized companies, as well as local
and foreign entrepreneurs. He is also internationally skilled in trademark law, and corporate and immigration law.
Similarly, his sound experience has enabled him to face up legal, business and ethical sophisticated challenges
that made him a reliable executive able to lead a cross-functional team and maintain strong relationships with
business managements that enabled him to troubleshoot problems.
